BY COMMISSIONING ME, THE ARTIST, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE:

  • i. GENERAL TERMS

-write in a concise and clear manner.
-provide clear references.
-any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

  • iii. PROCESS

-WiPs are only provided on request, or in the case of designing a character or deposit payments.
-turnaround time is 7-14 days, you'll be updated of any delays.

  • v. CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS

-I can cancel and refund the money at any time if I deem it necessary
-the deposited half of the price cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
-once full payment is received, or artwork is complete, the transaction is considered closed, thus you cannot request a refund.

  • ii. PAYMENT

-either pay in full upfront or pay deposit (half/half).
-currency accepted is U.S Dollar (USD) & British Pound (GBP).
-payments processed thru Paypal only, unless otherwise specified alt method.

  • iv. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

-after a piece is completed, only small changes & simple backgrounds are free of charge.
-any large changes come with a 25% surcharge of original price.

  • vi. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS:

__purchase of commercial rights:__
rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.
commercial usage:
-merchandise.
-books, covers.
-scenery property.thus you can:
-change, alter and edit.
-profit off of the design
-remove watermarkcredit is still required for usage of the artwork.

  • vii. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY:

I, as the artist, hold every right to the commissioned piece, therefore I can:
-use it to promote my work.
-display & post it anywhere.
-use for personal usage.The commissioner can do the following without requiring prior agreement:
-use the artwork for personal usage.
-claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-use the artwork as a promotional piece with proper credit given to the artist.

If an infringement of copyright occurs in any way, any previously owned rights to the artwork will be withdrawn & I, as the artist will hold all rights to it.

  • THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:

-using the work commercially without obtaining commercial rights beforehand.
-falsely taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
-altering the work without consent.
-removing watermarks/signatures (these are removed when obtaining commercial rights).
-usage of the work as NFTs or as a payment method in trading or the like (doesn't apply to gifting).

some previous statements are bound to change if discussed with and agreed upon prior to starting the commissioning process.
